76 th Republic Day celebration

The 76th Republic Day of India was celebrated with great enthusiasm on 26th January 2025 by Janardan Bhagat Shikshan Prasarak Sanstha’s Changu Kana Thakur Secondary and Higher Secondary Vidyalaya ,New Panvel. The flag was hoisted by the Shri. Y.T. Deshmukh Sir, Vice President, J.B.S.P.Sanstha.

    The special guests for the program were Shri.Sanjay Bhagat Sir (Member Of Board Executive), Smt.Sheetal Shirke Madam Center Head Of Education Inspector Office-South Division-Parel. This Republic Day program was also attended by Shri.Jagdish Gharat Sir, Shri.Sandeep Patil Sir, Shri.Vijay Mhatre Sir, Shri.Jairam Mumbaikar Saheb along with Principal Shri.Kailas Satre Sir (Secondary and Higher Secondary Section), Principal Shri. Santosh Chavan Sir ( Secondary Section English Medium), Principal Shri.Prashant More Sir (Junior College), Principal Shri.Subhash Mankar Sir(Primary Marathi Medium),  Principal Smt.Nilima Shinde Madam (Pre- Primary English Medium),Supervisor Shri.Kailas Mhatre Sir (Secondary Marathi Medium), Supervisor Shri.Ajit Sonwane Sir (Arts and Commerce), Supervisor Smt.Swati Patil Madam (Science), Supervisor Smt.Neerja Adhury Madam (Secondary English Medium), Supervisor Smt.Vaishali Pardhi Madam (Pre-Primary )and students, parents, teachers and non-teaching staff. 

Shri.Santosh Chavan Sir introduced the program. Expressing thoughts on the Preamble of the Constitution, Shri. Sanjay Bhagat Sir said that the Preamble of the Constitution has given us the fundamental rights and entitlements. Our Constitution is 250 pages long. It took two years, 11 months and 18 days to prepare the Constitution. On 26th January 1950, the Constitution was implemented in India, that is why we celebrate this day as Republic Day.

 Shri.Y. T. Deshmukh Sir in his presidential speech said that, we should all become ideal citizens of India. We should all maintain self-discipline. We should strictly follow the traffic rules and cleanliness rules. He wished everyone a happy Republic Day. 

After that, student of Pre-Primary section presented a dance and a patriotic song. The students of Marathi -English primary and secondary sections presented speeches and a group song. At the end of the program, the Teachers of the Higher Secondary Section presented the group song ‘Jayostute’ written by V. D. Savarkar. The program ended at note of keeping strong determination of developing India.
