On 28th October 2024,
Co-curricular committee of Changu Kana Thakur Secondary and Higher Secondary Vidyalaya,New Panvel hosted a **Diwali Decoration Competition **to celebrate the festival of lights and encourage creativity among students under the guidance of the Respected Principal Mr. Prashant More Sir, Supervisor Mr. Ajit Sonawane Sir(Arts and Commerce), and Supervisor Mrs. Swati Patil Madam (Science).
The event provided a platform for students to showcase their artistic skills through various forms of decoration.
The competition featured several participants across different classes, each presenting unique and innovative decoration ideas. After careful consideration, the judges announced the following winners:
– *1st Prize:* Miss Riddhi Thokal (XII S3)
– *2nd Prize:* Miss Asmita Borde (XI S4)
– *3rd Prize:* Miss Aansha Mondal (XII C4)
– *Consolation Prize:* Miss Ruchi Aukushe (XI S7)
– *Consolation Prize:* Mast. Mayuresh Shindkar (XII C4)
The competition was judged by esteemed faculty members Mrs. Smita Naik and Mr. Yogesh Gawade.
