Changu Kana Thakur Secondary and Higher Secondary Vidyalaya, New Panvel is one of the most important units of JBSP Sanstha in pre – higher education. In 1994 JBSP Sanstha took the permission from Government of Maharashtra to commence Secondary School in New Panvel & In 1997 JBSP Sanstha took the permission to commence Higher Secondary School in New Panvel and started its academic activities with Arts Commerce and Science streams by giving options of practically useful subjects like Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Electronics, Office management and Banking from the academic year 1997- 1998.
Changu Kana Thakur Secondary and Higher Secondary School has its own infrastructure with excellent amenities created by JBSP Sanstha. Hon. Shri Ramsheth Thakur, a visionary educationist, excellent politician and social worker having multidimensional personality has a dream to take this Higher Secondary Section at global level by creating high standard of education.
