On the occasion of Respected Shri. Prashant Thakur Sir’s , MLA of Panvel, 50th birthday on 3rd August 2024 Saturday, Changu Kana Thakur, Senior college ( Arts, Commerce and Science) and co-curricular committee of C.K.T. Junior college had arranged a career guidance and personality development seminar at 11 a.m. at C.K.T. Senior College.

Career guidance helps students in choosing careers that suit their interests, aptitude and abilities. It enhances their confidence and empower them to make decisions regarding the selection of courses after completion of their School education.
The chief guest of the program was Mr. Avinash Dharmadhikari (Ex- IAS ) the founder of Chanakya Mandal Parivar (Pune). He guided all 12th standard students of our college about career options after 12th standard, how to choose a career, how to study accordingly, how to improve personality, and why it is important.
He further told students to explore their career options, provided valuable information about the job market, set realistic goals, boosted students’ confidence and self-esteem, and guided them on how to reduce stress and anxiety.
