On the occasion of “Eco clubs For Mission Life Day”under Shikshan Saptah the Department of N.S.S and Cultural Committee of Changu Kana Thakur Secondary and Higher Secondary Vidyalaya New Panvel had organized “#Plant4Mother”and “School Nutrition Day” on 27 July 2024 under the guidance of Respected Principal Mr.Prashant More Sir, Supervisor Mrs.Swati Patil Madam (Science) ,Mr.Ajit Sonawane Sir ( Commerce and Arts).
On this special occasion, Department of N.S.S. arranged “Plantation” program.
Our students sang Sant Tukaram Maharaj’s Abhang “वृक्षवल्ली आम्हा सोयरे”. After that we all took oath to protect the environment.
Cultural Committee led the School Nutrition Day. We put the Poster to aware the students about Heathy eating habits and Nutritional value of food.Students made some Sprouted Pulses,Salad and Buttermilk to aware about heathy food.
Mrs. Vaishali Wadkar Madam concluded the program by giving information about healthy habits and Plantation.
