Teachers’ Day marks the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan – the Former President of India.Teacher’s Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Changu Kana Thakur Secondary and Higher Secondary Vidyalaya on Thursday, 5th September 2024.
On the occasion of Teacher’s Day, Students-Teachers observed the work of the higher secondary Section. Students of Class XII Arts,Commerce and Science taught Class XI and Class XII students. The lessons were conducted as per the planned schedule. The efforts of all the Student -Teachers were appreciated.
Ms.Shravani Karnekar from Science Section, Ms.Sneha Shinde from Commerce Section and Ms.Sanskriti Bhalerao from the Arts Section played the role of Principals. Mast.Marvaj Sonawale, Ms.Shital Bhave from Science Section, Mast.Harsh Patil, Ms.Reshma Shukun from Commerce Section and Ms.Sania Sheikh, Mast Vedant Rane from Art Section supervise the work. 70 students from Science Section, 48 students from Commerce Section and 30 students from Art Section became teachers.Principal Shri.Prashant More Sir, Supervisor Shri.Ajit Sonwane Sir, Supervisor Smt.Swati Patil Madam and all the subject teachers gave guidance to all the Student-Teachers.
On this special occasion, All the higher secondary Teachers and Non- Teaching staff were honored with bouquets and gifts. Dr. S.T.Gadade Sir (Secretary of J.B.S.P.Sanstha) in his speech, explained “teachers need to change themselves qualitatively with time”.He also mentioned that “no matter how much technology advances, there is no option without teachers, the role of teachers is very important in the progress of the society, the society looks at us with a different hope, so teachers should be constantly updated in all matters”.Principal Prashant More Sir while guiding the teachers said that “no matter how big a person is, the importance of a teacher in his life is unique. All teachers should do their work faithfully and accurately. Teachers should make appropriate changes in themselves according to the situation.”He wished all the teachers on the occasion of Teacher’s Day.”
